We at Silver and Charcoal Kennels believe in Jesus Christ and our military and we show our support to the men and women who served in the military. Our military and their families have sacrificed so much for us to be able to do what we do every day and we don\u2019t take it for granted. We are very grateful to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, sometimes when a Veteran returns home they suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and in a lot of cases a dog can help. So, we decided a few years ago to donate a puppy or dog to a veteran once a year to help them with their PTSD. This is our way to say thank you to them. This is such a small thing to do in the grand scheme of things but my family and I feel so blessed to be able to do this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normally, we do this through Silver and Charcoal Kennels Facebook page, but sometimes it will be through a like and share contest. We do research to make sure the puppies are going to a great home and are well taken care of. So, there is a a process that we go through to make this happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
